GCIHS would like to inform you that our admissions for the 2026-2027 academic year is ongoing!<\/span><\/p>

Kindly follow the steps below to complete an application form.<\/p>

Instructions for Online Application<\/h2>
  1. Read our Admission Brochure<\/a>.<\/li>
  2. Follow the link to fill out our online\u00a0Admission Form<\/a>\u00a0.<\/li>
  3. You will be able to save a draft of your submission and\/or edit the submission up to the application deadline.<\/li>
  4. Please complete all sections of the online application form. Kindly note that you will have an opportunity to edit the submitted form before <\/span>Tuesday, 12<\/b>th<\/b> May, 2026.<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    Admission Requirements<\/b><\/p>

    1. Passport Photo<\/span><\/li>
    2. Copy of birth certificate\/passport biodata Page<\/span><\/li>
    3. Last six terms academic reports from child\/ward school (Not transcript) including that of the applicant\u2019s current year\/grade (E.g. when applying for year 10, the academic reports for years 8 and 9 will be required. When applying for year 8, then the academic reports for years 6 and 7 will be required)<\/span><\/li>
    4. Payment slip for application fee<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      Campus Tours<\/b><\/p>

      We are open on weekdays between\u00a0 8:00 am to 3:00 pm for tours.<\/span><\/p>

      Entrance Exams & Interviews<\/h2>

      The Date for the next Junior School and Senior School Entrance Exams (English, Maths and Science) is\u00a0<\/span>Friday, 12<\/b>th<\/b> June, 2026<\/b>, at the school\u2019s SOC, Campus, on the Dodowa-Afienya Road.\u00a0 Year 7 \/ JHS 1 Entrance exams will be in Maths and English Language only.<\/span><\/p>

      Senior School Entrance Exams will be in English, Maths and Science.<\/span><\/p>

      Applicants for the\u00a0<\/span>Advanced Level programme (A\u2019Level)<\/b>, can apply now and submit their IGCSE\/GCE Ordinary Level results to the school immediately\u00a0they are released in August 2026 to\u00a0<\/span>admissions@gcihs.edu.gh<\/b>. Interviews will be conducted for only qualified applicants in late August 2026.<\/span><\/p>

      Our main entrance exam was written on Saturday, 16<\/b>th<\/b> May, 2026, however, a new exam is scheduled for Friday, 12<\/b>th<\/b> June, 2026 at the school. The time is 10:00am.<\/b><\/p>

      Payment Information for Application<\/h2>

      The cost of the application is One Thousand Ghana Cedi’s (GHS 1,000.00<\/strong>), which can be paid into the schools Ecobank account at any Ecobank branch, via the Ecobank Mobile App or type the short code *725# on any mobile device\u00a0(Use the GCIHS school code: 32656856)<\/span>. Application fees are non-refundable, please make all neccessary enquiries before payment.<\/span><\/p>

      The bank slip\/transaction notification should be attached to the online form.<\/span><\/p>
