Kindly follow the steps below to complete an application form.

Instructions for Online Application

1. Read our Admission Brochure.
2. Follow the link to fill out our online Admission Form .
3. You will be able to save a draft of your submission and/or edit the submission up to the application deadline.
4. Please complete all sections of the online application form. Kindly note that you will have an opportunity to edit the submitted form before Tuesday, 12th May, 2026.

Admission Requirements

1. Passport Photo
2. Copy of birth certificate/passport biodata Page
3. Last six terms academic reports from child/ward school (Not transcript) including that of the applicant’s current year/grade (E.g. when applying for year 10, the academic reports for years 8 and 9 will be required. When applying for year 8, then the academic reports for years 6 and 7 will be required)
4. Payment slip for application fee

Campus Tours

We are open on weekdays between  8:00 am to 3:00 pm for tours.

Entrance Exams & Interviews

The Date for the next Junior School and Senior School Entrance Exams (English, Maths and Science) is Friday, 12th June, 2026, at the school’s SOC, Campus, on the Dodowa-Afienya Road.  Year 7 / JHS 1 Entrance exams will be in Maths and English Language only.

Senior School Entrance Exams will be in English, Maths and Science.

Applicants for the Advanced Level programme (A’Level), can apply now and submit their IGCSE/GCE Ordinary Level results to the school immediately they are released in August 2026 to admissions@gcihs.edu.gh. Interviews will be conducted for only qualified applicants in late August 2026.

Our main entrance exam was written on Saturday, 16th May, 2026, however, a new exam is scheduled for Friday, 12th June, 2026 at the school. The time is 10:00am.

Payment Information for Application

The cost of the application is One Thousand Ghana Cedi’s (GHS 1,000.00), which can be paid into the schools Ecobank account at any Ecobank branch, via the Ecobank Mobile App or type the short code *725# on any mobile device (Use the GCIHS school code: 32656856). Application fees are non-refundable, please make all neccessary enquiries before payment.

The bank slip/transaction notification should be attached to the online form.
